HandsOn Greater DC Cares (HGDCC) is the leading coordinator of employee engagement and business philanthropy services in the Washington, DC region. We build stronger communities that support stronger businesses.

HGDCC prioritizes making a positive, measureable impact on community. We work with our corporate and association partners to ensure the impact they make aligns with their organization's values and focus.

We prioritize four impact areas:

Here are a few ways your business and HGDCC can work together:

  • Funding Partnership: We work with businesses to build stronger communities and stronger businesses
  • Sponsor and participate in a Large Day of Service: Sponsor one of our high visibility events that attract over 20,000 volunteers, engage over 200 nonprofits and schools, and impact over 500,000 lives.
  • Organize a Day of Service: Through our Moved to Serve program, HGDCC can organize a service event for your team, and contribute to community.
