Mobilizing. Strengthening. Impacting.
Servathon 2010 Back To Main

Thank you for your dedication to service and your hard work. Right now the impact made by of Servathon volunteers is being embraced by community members across this region. Children are playing on new playgrounds, walking down brighter hallways, and looking at planted flowers at their schools. Area youth are being wowed by beautiful murals freshly painted teen rooms and newly built park benches at recreation centers. Community residents are enjoying balanced and meals from area food banks while senior citizens are remembering the volunteers who spent their Saturday playing board games and talking with them.

You rolled up your sleeves, you gave of your time, and you left a lasting impact on your fellow community members who desperately need it. Greater DC Cares thanks YOU for your loyal commitment to your community and to service. We can’t make this powerful impact without you and we can’t wait to do it again for Servathon 2011!
